Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (within continental US): [3–7 business days]
    • We do not ship international
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or customs inspections.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Damages

  • Modus 5 is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship to only to continental United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses (unless otherwise noted).
